CEREMONY OPTIONS
There are two ceremony options to choose from in the Tap House.
Say your vows outdoors in the white run complete with arbour or inside in the barn style shed, the Gable.
RECEPTION OPTIONS
Hire the barn style Gable for your special day, packed full of character with its high ceilings, large fireplace, polished concrete floor, and beautiful festoon lighting. The main bar is made of 100% up-cycled timber pallets and offers a range of tap and bottled beer, wine, and spirits.
CATERING OPTIONS
The Groundz has a wide range of catering options from cocktail style to ala carte. Choose your preference - we have an option to suit every style and budget!

The Groundz is within walking distance of Dapto Train Station and local bus services and is
conveniently positioned with easy access to the M1 Motorway.

THE GABLE
The Gable is a beautifully restored heritage pavilion that has been thoughtfully repurposed into one of The Groundz’ most unique wedding venues. With its barn style design, this space is full of warmth, character, and rustic appeal, making it ideal for weddings of 60 to 110 guests.
Featuring a blend of long tables, wine barrels and flexible seating arrangements, The Gable can be styled to suit both elegant sit-down receptions and relaxed cocktail celebrations. The centrepiece of the venue is the impressive bar, handcrafted from 100% upcycled timber pallets and complemented by a carefully curated wine selection, beers on tap and signature beverages.
Polished concrete floors, festoon lighting and a large stone fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the surrounding gardens and open spaces provide the perfect backdrop for celebrating with family and friends.
THE TAP HOUSE - (Limited Dates Available)
Availability: Exclusive use of the Tap House is available Monday to Thursday and on a strictly limited basis on Fridays and Sundays outside of peak operational periods. Please enquire for current availability.

Accommodating between 250 and 650 guests, the Tap House offers scale, flexibility and a setting that simply cannot be replicated.
THE POULTY SHED
Steeped in agricultural history, The Poultry Shed has been thoughtfully transformed into one of The Groundz’ most distinctive event spaces and is home to our much-loved Whisky Bar. Once home to poultry exhibits and competitions, it now offers a distinctive setting for couples seeking something beyond the traditional.
Featuring a private bar, two roaring fireplaces, warm ambient lighting and an eclectic collection of luxurious furnishings, The Poultry Shed exudes cosy charm and appeal. Rich leather lounges, velvet armchairs, wine barrels, timber accents and carefully curated décor create the intimate atmosphere of a premium whisky bar, inviting guests to relax, connect and celebrate.
Perfect for cocktail-style weddings and less traditional receptions, The Poultry Shed delivers a truly memorable and intimate experience unlike any other. Ideal for weddings of 50 to 110 guests.
THE MAIN BAR
Combining contemporary comfort with the character and history of The Groundz, the Main Bar offers an upscale and beautifully finished setting for your special day.
Featuring a private bar, fireplace, air conditioning, carpeted flooring and exclusive restroom facilities, the Main Bar offers a level of comfort and convenience that sets it apart. Whether you’re celebrating through the warmth of winter or the heat of summer, guests can relax and enjoy the occasion in a welcoming space designed for both style and comfort.
With warm timber finishes and country-inspired styling, the venue retains the allure and personality of the past while offering a more polished and contemporary setting for your special day.
Ideal for weddings of 60 to 150 guests, the Main Bar can be tailored to suit both elegant seated receptions and relaxed cocktail-style gatherings.
