The Groundz is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with Culinarius, who will become the precinct's exclusive catering partner from 1 July 2026.

The partnership marks another important step as The Groundz continues to expand its hospitality, events and function offering.

With almost four decades of experience, Culinarius is recognised as one of the region's leading catering companies. Having successfully catered more than 10,000 events across the Illawarra, South Coast, Sydney and Southern Highlands, the business has received numerous industry accolades including Illawarra Business of the Year, Best Caterer in the Region, Best Corporate Caterer, Best Event Caterer and Best Wedding Caterer.

CEO Katrina Novak said the partnership was built on a shared vision, a commitment to innovation and reinvention, and the continued growth and diversification of The Groundz.

Under the agreement, Culinarius will provide exclusive catering services across The Groundz, supporting weddings, corporate events, community functions and major events.

The partnership will enhance offerings across key venues including The Gable, The Tap House and other event spaces throughout the precinct.
